RETURNS

What is the returns policy? 

Returns are accepted up to 30 days. Mail your returns to PO Box 33010, Las Vegas, NV 89133. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Once return is received a refund will be issued to the same payment method used on original order. Items must be returned in the original un-damaged packaging. Items not returned in the original, undamaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund. The ineligible item will become the property of Valley Gates and will not returned.

 

Returns received within 10 days will receive full refund. Returns received after 10 days be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Please allow up to one week for delivery.

PROCESSING

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Before 1:00pm PST Friday will be processed and Shipped by 5:00pm PST Friday.

Any orders placed After 1:00pm PST Friday will be processed and Shipped the following Friday. Any back ordered /out of stock items will be Shipped once our stock is replenished. 

 

SHIPPING 

 

How long does shipping take? 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which averages 1-2 days for delivery.  We are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
